Young Advisors are young people aged between 15-22 who work in partnership with school and community leaders and decision makers to enable the voices of young people to be heard.
Young Advisors are trained and employed agents of social action; they are skilled facilitators, designing and delivering workshops and consultations on issues ranging from e-safety and bullying to emotional health and wellbeing.
Young Advisors provide bespoke training, consultation and facilitation for young people and adults that results in up-skilling in how to best engage with young people so their voices are heard and they have the opportunity to be involved in decision-making and influencing change. They also deliver training to support e-safety, life skills, anti-bullying, school council effectiveness; they are also equipped to design bespoke training workshops.
